Fees & rebates
- Consultation fee
- $310 per session, in line with the current Australian Psychological Society (APS) National Schedule.
- Medicare rebate
- $145 per session for clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

How to book
You do not need a referral to book a first appointment. To claim a Medicare rebate under the Better Access scheme, a referral from your GP is required. Bookings are made through Halaxy.
Online or in person
In-person sessions are held at Axis Clinic, 852 Brunswick Street, New Farm QLD. Online sessions are by secure telehealth. Once your appointment is confirmed, you receive a private email with a secure link and access code.
Sessions
A standard consultation runs for 50 to 60 minutes. Extended sessions can be offered when relevant.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Sending your Mental Health Care Plan
Your MHCP can be sent directly from your GP via Medical Objects, brought to your first session, or emailed in advance.
