What is collected
If you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name, your email address, your message, and optionally your phone number, pronouns, and how you heard about the practice. Nothing else is collected through this site.
Where it is stored
A contact-form submission is delivered to the practice email inbox. This website has no database, and your message is not stored on the site itself.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept until your enquiry is resolved, and then deleted within 90 days, unless you become a client and the correspondence forms part of your clinical record.
Who has access
Only Nadine has access to enquiries sent through this website.
Cookies

Analytics
This website does not use analytics. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future, this section will be updated to say what is measured.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Email contact@mindsana.au and we will action your request.
Compliance
The practice handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
